Please submit a Test Center Change Request Form (PDF). Please follow all directions on the form. CFA Institute will grant such requests if space is available.

Important Information
The deadline for June 2007 candidates was 19 March 2007. Requests received after the deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis. CFA Institute will no longer accept any Test Center Change Request Forms after 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, 1 June 2007.
The deadline for December 2007 candidates is 17 September 2007.
All requests must be sent via fax or mail as noted above. There is no charge for changing your test center. Requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. If CFA Institute cannot grant your request, you will be notified.
CFA Institute will not confirm receipt of your Test Center Change Form via e-mail. You may confirm receipt as follows:
• If your request is submitted before examination admission tickets are available on the CFA Institute website, you will receive a revised acceptance letter that indicates your new test center location.
• If your request is submitted after examination admission tickets are available,
you must print your updated ticket from the CFA Institute website. Your
updated ticket will indicate your new test center location
