(new candidates only) + Exam registration* = Total cost
17 Mar 2008: $390 + $600 = $990
15 Aug 2008: $390 + $688 = $1078
15 Sep 2008: $465 + $930 = $1395
Returning Level I candidates pay only the exam registration fee.
*Beginning with the 2008 exams, the exam registration fee also includes the complete curriculum and one sample exam. The curriculum portion of the fees will be taxed in GA, MA, NY, NJ, VA, PA, IL, and Canada. Customs fees may be required for international customers. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must pay any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.
Enrollment and registration fees are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Application and payment must be received by CFA Institute by 12:00 midnight Eastern Time on or before the application deadline. Full refunds are available within two business days of payment if you change your mind and are also considered on a case-by-case basis for family illness, emergencies, and military service.
Candidates re-registering for the same level for any reason will receive a $50 discount on the exam registration fee, which will be applied in the shopping cart.
