- Morningstar’s Global Equity Data is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.
This person will help deal with data quality and process improvement for Equity data
The ideal candidate must have a strong sense of logic, creative, detailed-oriented and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Qualified Candidates Must Possess:
Strong quantitative skills
Solid knowledge of finance and accounting, CFA candidate is a plus
Strong thinking of logic and proactive problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of database and SQL usage is a plus
Excellent English communication skills including both written and oral English
Good interpersonal skills and team-spirit
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track quality of equity data based on existing QC platforms
Build, test and document new excellent QC module
Coordinate with DA team to solve defect data issue
Coordinate with IT team to solve improvement of system process
Education Required:
4 year / Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, finance, or related field
